Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Supply Teacher to join our school community. This role offers flexibility while delivering high-quality primary education across Year 1 and Year 2, ensuring continuity of learning in early primary classrooms.

You will deliver engaging lessons, support core literacy and numeracy, and manage classrooms effectively. An enhanced DBS alongside PGCE with QTS and strong curriculum knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain pupil engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and progression.
• Passion for teaching and learning, with a flexible approach to coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum across Year 1 and Year 2.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote pupil welfare.
• Record and monitor student progress and inform teachers as needed.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and school staff to support learning.
