Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is partnering with a mainstream Bradford primary school to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher for KS1. The role covers day-to-day supply or long-term teaching with an immediate start, delivering lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, supporting phonics and guided reading, and managing classrooms to ensure pupil progress.

• Holds QTS (ECTs welcome) with KS1 experience in a UK primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, including phonics.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons for diverse learners.
• Excellent classroom management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Support phonics and guided reading sessions.
• Maintain effective classroom management to ensure pupil progress.
