A local primary school in Greater London is seeking a temporary Learning Support Assistant to work 30 hours a week. The role includes supporting children in Key Stage 1, delivering phonics interventions, and supervising at lunchtime. Ideal candidates will hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2, possess good literacy and numeracy skills, and have experience with primary-age children. 30 hours per week to work 8:45am-3:15pm, with a 30-minute break, Monday to Friday during term time.
Please note that hours of work can be changed to suit the business needs of the school with a month's notice.
Salary: £19,709-£20,85 per annum (£28,221-£29,856 FTE)

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be positive and enthusiastic, with a commitment to our ethos, vision and values. This role is to support children during learning time both in-class and delivering specific interventions to groups, as well as being part of our midday supervision team during lunchtimes. It would be beneficial for candidates to have a strong background in supporting phonics delivery. We follow the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds programme.
