Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, and track pupil progress with timely feedback.
• Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership to maintain high standards and communicate effectively with parents and carers on progress and wellbeing.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and statutory expectations.
• Maintain accurate records, including assessments, reports and planning documentation.
