Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Finance Reporting Business Analyst to work remotely with occasional site visits. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance reporting, ability to run discovery workshops, and knowledge of Kraken CRM. The role offers a day rate of £350 - £400 and is outside IR35 for a duration of 6 months, starting ASAP.

Essential Skills

• Strong Finance Reporting Business Analyst experience.
• Ability to run discovery workshops and gather clear requirements (BRD/FRD/NFR).
• Solid understanding of finance data models, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Experience working with Agile teams (backlog, sprints, ceremonies).
• Ability to bridge business and developers, reviewing outputs for quality.
• Testing support experience (UAT, reconciliation, defect resolution).
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Kraken CRM.

Desirable Skills

• Background in finance transformation or large change programmes.
• Familiarity with architecture/design review processes.
• Knowledge of governance, change control, and delivery planning.
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, and building sustainable reporting processes.
