KPMG in the United Kingdom invites you to join our Audit Vacation Programme, a four-week experience designed to expose you to audit work across diverse sectors and develop professional skills. The programme may lead to consideration for a Graduate offer in the same office location starting in 2028.
We're KPMG in the UK, part of a global organisation of independent firms that offers Audit, Tax, Consulting and Technology services. More than 16,000 colleagues working together to make the difference for businesses, people and communities
Audit is the largest of our UK practices and gives us the opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest organisations. We provide insight, challenge and expertise, helping ensure published accounts give a true and fair picture of an organisation’s financial position.
It’s work that makes a meaningful difference to businesses, investors and the wider community. If you enjoy understanding how organisations operate and solving problems, Audit could be a great fit for you.
Our four-week Audit Vacation Programme gives you the chance to gain experience within a specific audit business area and discover what life is like in our diverse and supportive audit community. You’ll see the audit process from different perspectives, helping you build a broader understanding of the profession.
Along the way, you’ll develop professional skills, strengthen your commercial awareness and gain insight into different sectors and businesses. You’ll also learn more about the work that goes into delivering high-quality audits and building trust in the organisations we work with.
The programme has been designed as a potential route into our Audit Graduate Programme. If you’re successful, you may be considered for a Graduate offer in the same office location starting in 2028. Please ensure you can commit to the location you apply to.
This four-week experience is all about making every moment count. You’ll gain exposure to real projects, develop valuable workplace skills, enhance your CV and build a better understanding of professional services. You’ll also get a flavour of the learning and development opportunities available across KPMG.
Our hybrid working model combines flexibility with opportunities to collaborate and learn in person, whether in our offices or the locations of the businesses we audit.
In our Tax team, you’ll build friendships, learn from experienced colleagues and share experiences with other students exploring their future careers. We want you to feel able to be yourself and do your best, whatever your background. If you’re curious, resilient and adaptable, you’ll have every opportunity to thrive here.
