Job summary

Third Bridge is seeking an Associate, Client Services who can speak Korean to join a fast-paced, growth-driven team. You’ll be at the heart of our business, finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights clients need, often under tight deadlines.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, cold call across industries, manage multiple clients, and cross‑sell services including content, surveys, advisory, and 1‑to‑1 calls, with clear progression from associate to management.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Korean (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• Intellectually strong, ambitious, leadership or extracurricular experience, and grit shown through internships or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver insights for clients under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end-to-end, understand client needs, and schedule high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call across industries, overcome objections, and win buy-in; manage multiple projects and clients.
