Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a platform leadership role focusing on the enterprise knowledge graph, retrieval, and governance across insurance, payments, and health domains. You will own the knowledge layer for three product lines, shaping how agents access and reuse data with strict governance and auditability.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to set standards, build scalable pipelines, and ensure compliant data handling in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ontologies and graph schemas in production
• Proven ability to build end-to-end retrieval and grounding pipelines
• Ability to manage knowledge lifecycle and provenance in large systems
• Familiarity with regulated-data frameworks and auditability practices
• Strong technical leadership and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools in practical work environments

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise knowledge graph and schema design for multiple product lines
• Develop and tune RAG retrieval, embedding strategies, and evaluation harnesses
• Oversee context window assembly and token budgeting across agents
• Manage knowledge governance, provenance, freshness, and deprecation per tenant
• Lead memory architectures and agent memory strategies across platforms
• Ensure permission-aware retrieval with strict access controls and audit trails
• Shape the data flywheel for model adaptation using production data
