Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency is seeking a Knowledge Mobilisation Lead for the ‘You’ve Got This’ initiative focused on increasing physical activity across Middlesbrough and Redcar. The starting salary is £40,777 with a 6% employer pension contribution.

This full-time role will involve developing a culture of learning, enhancing local capacity for knowledge mobilisation, and supporting Sport England's programmes. Ideal candidates will have experience in developing learning resources and promoting knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supporting learning and knowledge mobilisation.
• Ability to develop case studies and organize knowledge sharing sessions.
• Proven track record in coordinating events.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to strengthen local capacity for knowledge mobilisation.
• Develop and promote learning resources for various partnerships.
• Support Sport England’s Expansion programme in new areas.
