As a Knowledge Management Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a unique opportunity to influence how knowledge is managed within a complex, high-profile environment, while developing your expertise and leadership skills.
Day-to-day, you’ll own and drive the strategy for capturing and sharing learning across a portfolio of projects that will span the next decade. Your work will ensure that lessons learned inform current and future programmes, supporting the Royal Navy’s ability to maintain vessels safely and effectively.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
