Job Description

  • Managing the real estate knowledge base, profiling and updating content regularly
  • Harvesting and structuring fee‑earner insights to maintain best‑in‑class expertise
  • Drafting, introducing, and updating precedents, guides and style manuals
  • Assisting with preparation, testing and delivery of property‑related training and inductions
  • Supporting business development via liaison with BD/marketing and editing website articles

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in property or real estate law support
  • Skilled in knowledge management, precedents drafting, and training support
  • Practised at organising complex resources and collaborating across functions in a dynamic environment
