Job summary

Achuman Capital, in partnership with a top-tier London law firm, seeks a Knowledge Lawyer for its Real Estate team. The role focuses on developing a tech-enabled portfolio management offering and leading a project to review, rationalise and automate Real Estate documents and workflows.

You will develop precedents, monitor developments in the market, and support training and thought leadership while advising corporate occupiers, investors and other major clients.

We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in London for a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Real Estate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate team, supporting lawyers advising corporate occupiers, investors and other major clients across commercial property, investment, asset and portfolio management, real estate finance, development, energy and construction matters.

The role will have a primary focus on developing a new tech-enabled portfolio management offering, including leading a significant project to review, rationalise and automate Real Estate documents and workflows. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain precedents and know-how, monitor legal and market developments, and support training and thought leadership.
