Job Description

This PSL role is central to maintaining technical excellence and thought leadership across the firm\'s charity law practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring legal and sector developments and providing timely internal updates
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents, tool-kits, and guidance materials
  • Responding to legal queries and supporting internal training programmes
  • Contributing to client-facing content such as webinars, alerts, and events
  • Supporting knowledge-sharing systems and firm-wide knowledge initiatives
  • Engaging with external bodies such as the Charity Law Association
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in charity law, including governance, regulation, and fundraising
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
  • A passion for knowledge management and legal education
  • Prior PSL or knowledge management experience is desirable but not essential
