Job description

We are looking to recruit someone to this exciting new post, to provide support for managing knowledge and learning and using evidence and evaluation to inform quality programmes and projects.

The role will involve developing and supporting teams and services to use a range of tools to effectively identify and manage knowledge. We are looking for someone who is skilled in doing this, a good communicator and is looking for a new challenge.

This role will ensure that learning is shared across quality programmes and that the right knowledge sources are available to support the development and implementation of improvement activity. It also includes coordinating the development and production of information and resources to showcase and celebrate best practice internally and externally.

Working closely with others this role will consider, develop, test and explore new techniques and methodologies for knowledge generation, capture, deployment and application and for evaluation.

Based in Forth Valley Quality, you will evidence ability to work effectively in a team and influence across professional and organisational boundaries, excellent organisational skills and an ability to analyse and present complicated and sensitive information.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
