A leading tropical disease research institute in Liverpool is looking for a Knowledge Exchange & Impact Officer to drive KE training development. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to enhance KE impact within research, monitor KE data, and support existing programs. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in KE, data analysis, and communication, along with a degree-level qualification. We are seeking a Knowledge Exchange & Impact Officer to help develop and support the delivery of our Knowledge Exchange (KE) training offer. You will lead the development of KE training across LSTM, ensuring alignment with the Knowledge Exchange Concordat, the Researcher Development Framework, the Technician Commitment and the activity of the Learning and Development Team. Alongside this, you will support the delivery on existing KE focused programmes and activities, including the Tackling Infections: Skill Mobility Accelerator (TISMA) and the LSTM KE Committee. You will also support LSTM's collection and monitoring of KE data, including from training, communication and engagement activity, contributing to the preparation of the LSTM Research Excellence Framework submission. Working across LSTM, you will build strong relationships and play a key role in embedding and increasing KE awareness, activity and impact within research. You will advise academics and programme teams and work with colleagues across the School to develop and deliver internal KE training that supports researcher and professional staff development.
