As part of its continued investment in excellence, the firm is seeking to appoint a Knowledge Development Lawyer (KDL) to join its disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s legal know-how, training, and innovation agenda.

The Role

Working closely with partners and associates, the Knowledge Development Lawyer will:

• Develop and maintain the group’s legal knowledge resources, precedents, and practice notes.
• Monitor and analyse developments in case law, legislation, and procedure relevant to litigation and arbitration.
• Support client teams with strategic know-how and risk analysis on emerging trends.
• Deliver training sessions and updates to fee earners at all levels.
• Contribute to client engagement through thought leadership materials and briefings.
• Collaborate with the firm’s knowledge management and innovation teams to enhance delivery of legal services and promote best practice.
