Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of precedents, templates, and samples across the private funds lifecycle using iManage, SharePoint, and other advanced tools.
  • Monitor, capture, and curate knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Search and extract critical information to provide timely support to the Private Funds Group.
  • Engage with Generative AI and other technologies to deliver innovative client solutions.
Candidate Profile

Our client is open to diverse backgrounds and does not require a degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional or data services environments, ideally with exposure to private funds.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive approach to adopting new technologies and innovative practices.
  • Highly organised, solutions‑focused mindset.

This process‑driven role suits individuals who can work independently, categorise information effectively, and manage multiple matters simultaneously (typically 30???40). Candidates may currently hold roles such as research assistant, knowledge assistant, or librarian, and experience with platforms like PitchBook, MergerMarkets, or Preqin would be advantageous.
