Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally qualified associate (at least three본 to seven years of experience) to join its nationally recognized Energy, Environmental and Infrastructure practice in one of our US offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements)
  • Experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build-transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts for equipment and materials)
  • Experience with engineering, procurement and construction contracts for renewable energy generating facilities is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Experience with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Experience in oil and gas is plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the nuru to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
