Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in London is seeking a Knit and Jersey Garment Technologist to oversee product quality and fit. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in garment technology, preferably with a focus on knits and jersey products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure high standards are met. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as garment technologist on knits & jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion, Design or Garment Technology.
• Technical knowledge of knitwear is essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of knitwear and jersey wear products.
• Support Design team in creating accurate prototype specs for Suppliers.
• Attend fit sessions and provide technical advice.
