Job summary

Stonegate Group’s Goose Romford pub is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare and produce high-quality dishes while keeping the kitchen clean and well-stocked.

You will assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and hygiene, while contributing ideas to improve kitchen performance; a passion for hospitality and teamwork is essential.

This is a hands-on role in a lively pub environment with flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the Stonegate Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders and stock.
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
