Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct spec.
• Operate kitchen work stations and equipment.
• Work as part of a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete required induction and ongoing refresher training.
