Qualifications

• Flexible shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet time and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification.
• Operate kitchen work stations (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.).
• Work as a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and stock rotated and stored safely.
• Complete induction and ongoing training and contribute to improvements.
