Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to correct specification.
• Operate kitchen work stations (grills, fryers, microwaves) and other equipment.
• Keep to time and quality targets while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
