Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification.
• Operate kitchen stations (grills, fryers, microwaves).
• Work as part of a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety standards.
• Keep kitchen clean and manage stock and storage.
• Complete induction and ongoing training and participate in continuous improvement.
