Job summary

The Queens Head is a Stonegate Group pub in the United Kingdom seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join the team. You will assist with food preparation, support the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene, and help maintain kitchen equipment.

You will produce high-quality dishes, ensure a clean and safe kitchen, and collaborate with colleagues to meet targets and provide a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• A willingness to learn new skills everyday.
• A keen eye for detail.
• The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Queens Head.
• The experience to maintain kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
