Slug And Lettuce Newcastle is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You will assist with food prep, help produce high-quality dishes to spec, and maintain excellent hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Head Chef with orders, stock checks and deliveries, bringing fresh ideas to enhance kitchen performance. A friendly, team-oriented approach is essential to help us meet targets and deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Slug And Lettuce.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.
