Stonegate Group's The Station Bearsden is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You will support the Head Chef with orders, stock checks, and hygiene, while helping prepare and plate dishes to our high standards.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
