Stonegate Group operates pubs and venues across the UK. The Tullie Inn in Scotland is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who will support the Head Chef with prep, stock, and food hygiene, helping maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.

You will produce high-quality dishes, oversee deliveries, and assist the team in achieving company targets, all while benefiting from flexible working and staff perks.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Tullie Inn.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
