Job summary

The Bluebell Hotel, part of the Stonegate Pub Company, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the Head Chef with orders, stock, and hygiene while delivering quality dishes for guests. This role offers hands-on kitchen experience and exposure to a live hospitality environment near Middlesbrough.

You will contribute to maintaining high standards, work with colleagues to meet targets, and explore growth opportunities within our managed pub estate, including staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and hygiene at Bluebell Hotel.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and plating.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification for guests.
• Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and well-organised at all times.
