Job summary

Premier Inn in Dartmouth is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests will enjoy during their stay. You’ll move from breakfast prep to busy dinner service and work as part of a team to deliver consistent, tasty meals.

No hotel experience is required—if you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. The role offers permanent hours and evenings/weekends shifts in a busy hospitality environment near Townstal Rd.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience is required. We’ll teach you the rest.
• You might have worked as a Catering Assistant, Barista, Kitchen Porter, Retail Assistant or Warehouse Operative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
