Job summary

Premier Inn in Guernsey is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. The role is 20 contracted hours per week at Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, paying up to £15.48 per hour.

You'll work across breakfast and dinner, keep the kitchen clean, receive deliveries, and collaborate with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience required; training provided and opportunities within Premier Inn.

We're currently recruiting in our Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park) Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £15.48 per hour.

This isn't just about cooking.

You'll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone's stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £15.48 per hour

Contract: Permanent - we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 20 contracted hours per week.

Location: Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park) Premier Inn - Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

You don't need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative
• This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
