Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.

• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.

We’re a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. The West Port Hotel is centred within the historic town of Linlithgow, a ten-minute walk from Linlithgow train station.
