Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service
  • Good ability to carry out instructions from management
  • Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists
  • Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food
  • A customer-oriented positive attitude, good customer service is essential
  • Work timely in various positions
  • Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team
  • Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times
  • Practice “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store
  • Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements
  • Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications
Experience
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Kitchen experience and knowledge
