Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring a Team Member to greet customers, prepare delicious, freshly made food, and keep our shop running smoothly in London. You’ll be the smiling face on the shop floor, delivering great service with support and training from our team.

Base pay rate is £12.80 per hour, with additional bonuses and benefits. No experience is required; you’ll receive comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, people-focused business.

Team Member Role

Now, on the Team Member Role… We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

Base Pay Rate

£12.80 - £12.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
