Slug & Lettuce Oxford Circus, operated by Stonegate Group, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member. You will assist the Head Chef, help with orders, stock, and food hygiene, and maintain overall kitchen standards in a fast-paced pub environment near Oxford Circus. A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential.

You will contribute to high-quality dish preparation, ensure cleanliness, manage deliveries, and support the team to hit targets while providing great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and food hygiene.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders and stock taking at Slug & Lettuce Oxford Circus.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
