Job summary

Moore’s Fish & Chips is looking for a hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment where maintaining high standards is key. You will help with preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, following hygiene and safety procedures, and supporting the frying team during busy periods. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
