Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at the Inn at Scarcroft (Vintage Inns), is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train chefs, manage the kitchen team and help deliver a branded menu with a focus on great food and guest welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to train chefs and develop kitchen staff.
• Experience with menu planning, ordering and stock management.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure the team works with a branded menu and adheres to health and safety standards.
