Snow Goose, part of Mitchells & Butlers, seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu. You will train great people, manage shifts and drive the team to exceed targets while delivering exceptional food in a warm pub environment.

The role involves food ordering, stock control and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations across all menus and brands.
