Toby Carvery - Loughborough is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and guiding chefs.
• Familiarity with health and hygiene regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff for peak service.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and manage daily kitchen tasks.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance across the team.
