Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Assist Head Chef in building a kitchen aligned with the menu and brand.
