Mitchells & Butlers plc Moss Brook is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train chefs, drive targets with your team, oversee food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards while working with our branded menu and guest hospitality.

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Strong focus on food quality and guest experience.
