Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Aim to smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across service.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance and safety procedures.
