Job summary

Fox & Raven, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns collection, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader. You will support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen crew, and be responsible for delivering great food while training and developing team members. Flexible shifts and social, family-friendly working culture are highlighted by the brand.

You will help with ordering, prep, and stock control, ensuring branding standards and hygiene compliance, while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Ability to manage training and development of junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive the team to hit and exceed targets.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Enforce health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
