Toby Carvery - Ainsworth Arms in Greater Manchester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train a team to deliver great food and maintain branded menus in a fast-paced pub environment.

This role offers flexible shifts and staff discounts across our brands, with opportunities for progression and access to Wagestream to manage your finances.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and motivate Chefs and Kitchen Staff.
• Strong stock control and food ordering skills.
• Solid knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
