Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, via Miller & Carter Bournemouth, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage orders and stock, and ensure the branded menu is executed to high standards.

You will play a key role in achieving targets while maintaining health and safety, and will benefit from extensive discounts, progression opportunities and a strong pension plan offered by the group.

• Ability to manage food orders and stock levels
