Mitchells & Butlers plc's Harvester in Derby is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, drive great service, and own the branded menu.

You’ll focus on food ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene, while pushing to hit targets and develop future leaders. A mobile-friendly application process is provided.

• Drive target achievement with the team and maintain standards.
• Manage food ordering, prep and stock control efficiently.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure hygiene regulations are met.
