Miller & Carter Milton Keynes is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building an excellent kitchen and to lead a team passionate about great food. You’ll be the go-to person for the menu, training great people, and delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow, with strong emphasis on training and development through our Steak School and progression pathways. A competitive salary is offered.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
