MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at The Malt Shovel in West Bromwich. You will support the Head Chef, lead a team, and ensure great service while upholding brand standards.

You will drive targets with your team, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, and champion health and hygiene compliance. Growth opportunities and extensive staff discounts are highlighted in the benefits package.
