Hungry Horse at Greene King pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and support the kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards and service runs smoothly.

You will lead by example, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management, and organise the team during busy services to keep operations on track.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
