Job summary

Greene King’s Pub & Grill is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to ensure service runs like clockwork by guiding the kitchen team, maintaining high standards, and leading by example. You’ll prepare, cook and plate dishes to spec, uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for management during busy periods, and help coordinate the team to deliver a warm, quality dining experience for every guest.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
